Ran on friday after creative writing lesson..i finished my 1st draft and was quite happy about it. Just nit to ask around 2 ppl to help me edit den i can start on my storybk le..den finally can finish this proj..Its been a long time since i've last ran le..abt 3 weeks? hmmz..tink so..and this time i ran wif a bit of cough n flu has just subside. Its quite uncomfortable to run wif flam..can't breathe properly..nv even ran 1/2 round lidat den cannot take it le..lolx..weak sia.. bOoz..Its e 1st time i ran using my mouth to breathe. As i started to run, my ankle hurts a lot..they seem to be like on fire. Maybe i nv do warm up enuff?or too long nv run le??bt after running one round..ok le lehz..dun hurt le..i've only stretched my calves and hamstrings and arm[for swingingmahz..lolx..]..When i've ran only half a round, i'm alreadi panting like mad. I thought of gaving up..bt all my team mates have already finished running theirs..so i just continued to run. in e end e timing was 20:13..hmmz..nx time when i'm better le..i'll aim for less den 20min..Sat, i went for the city tour..it rained in the morning bt when we reached there, e weather was just nice to tour around. We have stops at singapore river, chinatown, and the chinese temple..n pass by little india and orchard road.
When the city tour bus reached sch, i ran to e pool was around 20min late for trg. Had to do sprintings n turnings ALONE..n skipped ball passings..My turnings is so lousy..can't do nice stern dips..den sprinting i cannot sprint fast oso..bOoz..will buck up after exams..of cos nx trg will do my best la..bt now..i'm focusing on studies & projz 1st ba..
wad i wanna improve on is: long passes,stern dips, sprintings,keeping n shootings.
wad i realli wanna acheive is to be able to handle e ball..i wan to control e ball instead of e ball controlling me[pass ball bu zhun den chase after ball]~~i still rmb after tt one tuesday of good shooting of ballz..i duno y i cannot do it again..i'll challenge tt "mE" again! my aim would b winning myself! hahaz~
my mistakes during game whether its due to personal skills or not: - nv shoot properly for one gd chance..sad ehz =(- nv support joan when she's holding ballz..instead squeeze into the opponent's zone wif my 2 team mates for nth..hahaz..jus realise wad stupid mistake i can make..bt also i tink e nearest team mate to joan can support her if possible..- tink i should spread out more when attacking- try to stay at e back if possible ba..cos everybody seems like in a driving mood when attacking..hahaz..my "flower" showed me a video on e match btween NUS n Nat.team..nat team always have 2 persons staying behind..whenever one of e 2 bhind drive in, another person will come out immediately de!! they're so aware of their surroundings..n it makes me feel tt their mo qi..2 thumbs up! if only..we can have a little bit of tt 2~how great will tt be.. =P anyway..hahaz..found tt joan can b a keeper if she trained up..hahaz..tink i'm nth in compared to her le..hahaz..hmmz..cannot bian di myself until lidat..wait demoralise ownself..wahahaz.. hmmz..bt at least i'm still someting la hOrz..hahaz..bt to say e truth..i duno wad position m i playin..jus all..n being flexible..~ mayb dats wad we should all do~ n tt wad andrew say is still on my mind..dat so long le we still use incorrect way[Our WAy] to turn dats y so easily tired..and dun always rely on e same ppl to sprint for ballz..lolx..gota do prOjz le..=>",<=
